As of 1st June 2010 1. Price variation All prices quoted are estimates and are based on 4 Corners Design's current costs of production, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to change on or at any time after acceptance to meet any rise and fall in such costs. Should the client wish to change the brief or their requirements a new quote will be provided. 2. Deposit Before undertaking any project a non-refundable deposit of 50% for projects under £500 and 33% for projects over £500 is required. In certain circumstances if a client requires a large print run for a brochure or newsletter then the cost of the printing will need to be paid after the artwork has been approved and prior to the work being printed. 3. Tax All work is subject to value added tax (currently 20%). 4. Preliminary work All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at customer's request shall be charged. 5. Proofs (Pdfs) Proofs of all work will be submitted for customer's approval. Whilst every effort on 4 Corners Design's part to check amendments, spelling and design changes, it shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. Unless otherwise agreed, customer's alterations and additional proofs shall be charged extra. 4 Corners Design will only accept customer's amendments to the said work in a hard copy or email format. Changes cannot be made over the phone. 6. Payment Settlement is strictly within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. 7. Law These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. |
